Ben GilliamI know the frustration that comes with feeling like your success is limited by the ignorance of others.
The reality of this can be painful, not to mention infuriating. But you don't have to play their game. The belief that your success is dependent upon their approval is simply untrue and... I'll prove it to you. Over the course 30 years, I've faced the prejudice of other who would otherwise limit my success. In stead of surrendering to what was, I've learned navigate these situations from a place of clarity and confidence, allowing me to build a number of highly successful businesses. Now, It brings me great pleasure to serve people just like you; helping you to create success for yourself, chin up and smile on! |
“Ben helped me become a better man who was more engaged as a father and husband while balancing work life and family life. He saw in me the potential I needed to see in myself.”

What Makes BCG Strategies Different? Our commitment to helping you navigate those "Now what?" moments.
Have you ever lost your biggest client? Your company? Your credit lines? The person you loved the most? I've lost them all and more. And, what I've found is that the moment after the "What now?" is what matters most. For it's the moment of truth when you must take action in order to transform disaster into triumph. When I was just 14 years old, a tragic accident put me face to face with my very first "What now" moment. Looking back on it today, its clear to me that this was my initiation into adulthood. An initiation that taught me how to turn challenge and limitation, into possibility and abundance. By age 30, having been introduced to the Wild West world of commercial real estate, I had completed several deals including a multi-million dollar business campus for McGraw Hill, a Fortune 500 company and purchase my first Gold's Gym. Shortly after, a partner and I started a sports nutrition company in Venice, CA which grew into a 200+ franchised retail store company that thrives to this day. I was on top of the world! And then I lost everything. My business. My home. Almost my soul. And there it was... again... The call to answer the question, "What now?" Naturally, I thought it was all over. But when the initial shock of the loss wore off, I remembered my 14 year old self. The courage and humility he displayed in spite of his fear and grief. The choice he made to turn suffering into fuel. Fuel to create change, for myself and others. Today, using what Ive learned from these and countless other "what now" moments, I have the good fortune to advise Fortune 500 clients on corporate real estate strategies in over 6000 locations across the country. My proudest work is with LGBTQ non-profit organizations who care for the critically ill, provide platforms for LGBTQ individuals to compete in sports internationally, and who retain history and culture through the GLBT Museum in San Francisco, where I also serve on the Board of Directors. As a coach, it brings me profound joy to support and guide thoughtful and courages individuals as they face their own "What now," moments, helping them find the fuel to create the transformation they want and deserve. I look forward to hearing from you! Ben |
